We deliver your order to any desired address within Germany, Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Italy, the Netherlands and France.

If no other delivery address is specified, delivery will be made to your order address. Unfortunately, delivery to PO boxes is not possible.

To ensure the protection of your credit card or account information, your complete data is transmitted encrypted via SSL servers and is therefore safe from third-party access.

The order amount will be debited when you submit your order. This is the only way we can verify the legitimate authorization of your data (e.g., bank details, card number).

Delivery is free of charge within these countries: Germany, Austria, France, the Netherlands, Cyprus, Belgium and Italy.
Unfortunately, we are unable to process orders with delivery addresses outside of the above-mentioned countries and are therefore forced to cancel them.

Delivery within Germany takes approximately 1-3 business days. Within the EU, shipping usually takes 3-5 business days. Weekends and public holidays are added to this timeframe. Please note that orders may take a little longer, especially during peak sales periods. We will notify you directly by email when we receive your order and again when the shipment has been handed over to the parcel service.

The display of all originally available sizes is for convenience only. The actual availability of the size is indicated directly below the product image in the form of a "white size background" (item available) or a "pale size background" (item not available). As soon as you click on the available size you want, the item will be added to your shopping cart.

Of course, it does happen from time to time that customers return products or that a backorder arrives. If a product was previously out of stock in a given size, it will be available again once the goods have been received. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide information on the availability of individual products. Even an expected arrival of goods does not necessarily mean that the goods meet our quality standards. Therefore, before we disappoint you, we recommend that you regularly check the availability of specific items in our online shop.

You can return all items purchased from the EVITA online shop within 30 days, free of charge and without restrictions within Germany and Austria. Detailed information on returns processing is included with your delivery.

To ensure quick processing, we ask that you always return the item to us complete with the original packaging.

Please fill out the return slip included with every shipment completely so we can process your return as quickly as possible. In order to continuously improve our service and offerings for you, it is especially important that you state the reason for the return.

If you pay in advance, your refund will be credited to your bank account. Credit card payments will be credited to your credit card. The processing time for credit card refunds is typically approximately seven business days.

The warranty is provided in accordance with statutory provisions. For all defects occurring during the statutory warranty period of two years from delivery, you have the statutory right to subsequent performance (at your discretion: rectification of the defect or replacement) and - if the statutory requirements are met - the statutory
